Senior AI Consultant for Business Automation

We are looking for an experienced AI professional who can become our trusted advisor, coach, and implementation partner to help transform the way we work using Artificial Intelligence. This is initially a **project-based engagement** with the opportunity for an ongoing long-term partnership based on performance and business needs. ## What We're Looking For We are seeking someone with extensive hands-on experience across multiple AI platforms who can mentor our management team, provide strategic advice, customise AI solutions, and help implement AI throughout different areas of our business. You should be passionate about AI, automation, productivity, business growth, and educating teams to confidently use AI tools. ## Scope of Work The successful candidate will: * Coach and mentor our leadership and operational teams on practical AI adoption. * Recommend the most suitable AI platforms for different business functions. * Design AI workflows to improve productivity and reduce manual work. * Create customised AI assistants, GPTs, prompts, templates, and automations. * Train staff on effective AI prompting techniques and best practices. * Assist with integrating AI into our daily operations. * Develop AI-powered documentation systems and knowledge bases. * Recommend and implement AI solutions for: * Customer service * Administration * HR and recruitment * Training and education * NDIS operations * Quality and compliance * Marketing * Business development * Sales and lead generation * Build standard operating procedures (SOPs) for AI usage across the business. * Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend new opportunities. ## Required Skills * Advanced knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and other leading AI platforms eg open router and many more. * Prompt engineering and AI workflow design. * AI automation tools such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n or similar. * API integration experience. * AI agent development. * AI-powered document generation. * AI productivity tools. * Strong coaching, mentoring and communication skills. * Business process analysis. * Experience implementing AI across multiple departments. * Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language. ## Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded) We would love someone who also has experience with: * Full-stack or web development * WordPress development and optimisation * Custom AI integrations * CRM implementation and automation * Microsoft 365 ecosystem * Google Workspace automation * Social media marketing * Digital marketing strategy * SEO * Google Ads * Facebook & Instagram Ads * LinkedIn marketing * Email marketing automation * Content creation using AI * Graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) * Video editing and AI video generation * Analytics and business intelligence dashboards * Cybersecurity awareness * Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) ## Ideal Candidate You are someone who: * Has completed multiple AI implementation projects. * Can demonstrate measurable business outcomes. * Thinks strategically rather than simply teaching software. * Can identify opportunities we haven't considered. * Enjoys coaching teams and driving organisational change. * Keeps up with the latest AI developments. * Can work independently and proactively suggest improvements. ## Deliverables Initially, we are looking for assistance with: * AI strategy roadmap for our organisation. * Team coaching sessions. * AI platform recommendations. * Business workflow automation. * AI implementation plan. * Documentation templates. * Staff training resources. * Ongoing consultation and support. ## To Apply Please include: * A brief introduction about yourself. * Examples of AI implementation projects you've completed. * AI tools and platforms you specialise in. * Industries you've worked with. * Experience training teams. * Experience building AI automations. * Any developer or marketing experience. * Your preferred hourly or fixed project rate. * Why you believe you're the right fit for this role.
