Senior Content Growth Strategist – Organic Content & Video Scripts (Philippines-based, Remote)

Job Description: SheCom Club is an education platform helping women build and scale product-based e-commerce brands. We're looking for a strategic thinker who understands how to create educational content that builds authority, generates leads, and grows an engaged audience organically. This is NOT a social media manager position. We need someone who understands content psychology, audience behavior, storytelling, and how to create content people can't stop watching. What you'll own: Daily industry research to identify trending conversations, opportunities, and emerging topics Studying competitors and creators inside and outside the e-commerce space Weekly content strategies designed to generate qualified leads High-converting hooks for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X Talking-head video scripts written in Maxie's voice Turning long-form ideas into multiple short-form content opportunities Weekly and monthly content calendars Educational content that positions Maxie as the authority in e-commerce Analyzing content performance and recommending improvements based on data Testing new formats, hooks, and storytelling frameworks to improve reach, retention, and conversion Creative direction for the video editor — editing notes, B-roll suggestions, pacing, captions, overall vision What we need from you: Proven experience growing personal brands or educational businesses through organic content Viral content strategy, hook writing, and scriptwriting Content psychology, audience research, and storytelling Strong analytics and performance optimization skills Experience creating for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or AI research tools highly preferred Knowledge of the e-commerce industry is a major plus Excellent written and spoken English Based in the Philippines, available to work remotely with reliable internet What success looks like week to week: 20-30 researched content ideas 30-50 scroll-stopping hooks Fully written talking-head scripts A content calendar Trend reports and competitor insights Creative direction for the video editor Weekly analytics and optimization recommendations To apply, please include: Your resume Portfolio of creators or brands you've worked with Analytics showing measurable content growth Three examples of talking-head scripts you've written A Loom video walking us through your content strategy process Your favorite creator and why A one-page content audit of Maxie J's Instagram explaining what you would improve Applications without a portfolio and work samples will not be considered.
