Job Description We are looking for an experienced Corporate E-Learning & Instructional Design Consultant to help us build world-class online learning experiences. Our company is developing educational programs focused on nervous system regulation, leadership, health optimization, performance, and professional certification. Our audience includes both consumers and corporate clients. We are looking for someone who can become a long-term strategic advisor—not simply someone who uploads content into an LMS. What you'll help with Design engaging online learning experiences Improve learner engagement and completion rates Structure lessons for maximum retention and behavior change Apply evidence-based adult learning principles Create learning journeys instead of standalone courses Design assessments, quizzes, reflection exercises, and practical activities Optimize certification programs Advise on gamification and motivation strategies Recommend best practices for mobile learning and app-based education Help adapt courses for corporate training environments Create scalable learning pathways for individuals, teams, and organizations Advise on AI-powered learning experiences where appropriate Ideal Experience We're looking for someone with experience in: Corporate Learning & Development (L&D) Instructional Design Adult Learning Theory (Andragogy) Learning Experience Design (LXD) Employee Training Programs Leadership Development Digital Learning Platforms Mobile Learning Microlearning Gamification Learning Analytics Behavior Change Certification Programs Corporate Academies LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, LearnWorlds, Kajabi, Thinkific, etc.) Bonus Experience Experience working with: Health & Wellness education Coaching businesses Medical education Physiotherapy Performance coaching Professional certifications AI-powered education Community-based learning Mobile apps We're Looking For Someone Who Can...
