Overview I run a multi-brand DTC e-commerce portfolio (cookware, supplements, footwear, apparel) scaling primarily on Meta. I'm looking for one exceptional Creative Strategist to own the entire creative engine across my brands — from concept to brief to performance analysis to iteration. This is a long-term, full-time partnership, not a one-off gig. If you don't have proof of profitable creative at scale, do not apply. I will read your case studies first and your cover letter second. What You'll Own Building and managing creative pipelines (UGC, static, AI-generated video/image, editorial) Writing high-converting briefs, hooks, scripts, and angles based on customer psychology and the brand's marketing pillars Analyzing ad performance (CTR, hook rate, hold rate, ROAS, CPA) and turning data into the next round of winners Managing creator/UGC sourcing and AI creative tools (Arcads, Higgsfield, etc.) Running structured testing frameworks — not random guessing Reporting on what's working, why, and what's next You Must Have Proven track record: real numbers, real brands, real spend. Screenshots, dashboards, before/after ROAS. No proof = no interview. 3+ years in DTC paid social creative strategy (Meta primary, TikTok a plus) Deep understanding of direct-response copywriting and hook-driven creative Experience scaling accounts past meaningful daily spend Fluency with AI creative tooling and modern UGC workflows Native-level English (extra markets / languages a bonus) You Are an A-Player If You think in angles and customer awareness levels, not "make it look nice" You're obsessive about hook rates and the first 3 seconds You move fast, take ownership, and don't need hand-holding You can defend every creative decision with logic or data You treat my brands like your own What I Offer Long-term, stable full-time role with a growing portfolio Real budget and creative freedom Direct access to me (the founder) — no bureaucracy Room to grow into a creative lead role as we scale To Apply Start your application with the word "SCALE" so I know you read this.
