Summary

Responsibilities • Develop 15 original ad concepts per week • Conduct deep research into customers, competitors, reviews, Reddit discussions, market trends, and winning ads • Write complete video scripts, including hooks, storytelling, product positioning, visual direction, on screen text, and calls to action • Build clear creative briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers • Manage video editors and guide projects from concept through final delivery • Review drafts and provide specific, actionable feedback • Create structured feedback loops based on creative performance • Analyze results to identify winning hooks, angles, formats, and audience insights • Generate new iterations based on proven concepts without simply duplicating previous ads • Maintain a clear creative testing pipeline and production calendar • Collaborate directly with the growth and paid media teams What We Are Looking For • Proven experience creating performance ads for DTC brands • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok creative strategy • Excellent direct response copywriting and scriptwriting skills • Experience working with UGC, advertorial, founder led, testimonial, educational, and problem solution formats • Ability to manage editors and provide precise creative direction • Strong understanding of customer psychology, awareness levels, and buying objections • Comfortable working with data and using performance insights to guide new creative • Experience in supplements, wellness, beauty, or women’s health is strongly preferred • Native or highly fluent English • Strong ownership, organization, and attention to detail Deliverables • 15 complete creative concepts per week • Research and supporting insights for each creative batch • Finished scripts and production briefs • Editor management and quality control • Weekly creative performance review • New iterations based on results and learnings
