Senior Data AI Engineer( AI Agents & LLMs)

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data & AI Engineer with deep expertise in agentic AI frameworks, backend systems, and AI lifecycle management. This is a consultative role where you will not only contribute hands-on but also help optimize, scale, and evolve our existing AI-driven systems. You will work closely with our core team to enhance performance, improve architecture, and introduce innovative approaches using modern LLM and agent-based frameworks. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and similar ecosystems Analyze and improve existing AI pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs supporting AI workflows Provide architectural guidance and consulting on system design and best practices Lead the implementation of AI lifecycle processes including training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business goals Recommend and implement new tools, frameworks, and strategies to improve system intelligence and automation Guide the team on deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Backend Development, or AI Engineering Strong hands-on experience with: LangGraph, LangChain, or other agentic AI frameworks LLMs and prompt engineering Python (preferred), Node.js, or similar backend technologies Solid understanding of: AI/ML lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring) Vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) Strong system design and architecture optimization skills Nice to Have Experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows Knowledge of fine-tuning LLMs and RAG architectures Exposure to real-time data pipelines and streaming systems Prior consulting or advisory experience What We’re Looking For A problem-solver who can identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions Someone who can think strategically while also executing hands-on Ability to challenge existing approaches and bring innovative ideas Strong communication skills to work in a consultative capacity Engagement Model Contract / Consultant (with potential long-term engagement) Flexible working hours Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI automation and agentic systems Key Outcomes Expected Optimization of existing AI systems (performance + cost) Improved scalability and reliability Clear deployment and DevOps strategy Introduction of innovative AI-driven capabilities If you are passionate about building next-generation AI systems and want to work on high-impact, real-world AI automation, we’d love to hear from you.
