Senior UI/UX Designer (Complex B2B Web App)

We're a B2B SaaS company. We build a web app that streams real-time data to professional buyers who use it to find and evaluate items across online marketplaces. The product works and has real users. What it needs now is a designer to make it cleaner and easier to use, one screen at a time. This is not a from-scratch app design. We are not looking for a months-long discovery phase or a full rebuild. We need someone experienced enough to walk into a dense, feature-heavy business app, spot the friction, apply best practices, and improve it fast without breaking the look and feel of the rest of the product. What needs to be done 1. Improve our existing web app panel by panel: tighten layouts, reduce friction, make dense screens faster to read and act on. 2. Start with a focused upfront cleanup, then stay available on-call as we ship new modules (we have two coming up). 3. Move at our speed. Small, scoped improvements with results we can see in days, not a six-month project. 4. Keep changes consistent with the existing app — improve the critical points, don't redesign everything.
