Senior UI Designer/Developer — Premium Subscription Portal Redesign (Shopify + Loop)

We're Paw Guardian, a fast-growing DTC pet wellness brand selling in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Thousands of subscribers manage their subscription through our customer portal (Loop Subscriptions on Shopify Plus) — and right now, that portal doesn't match the level of our brand. We want it to feel like the account experience of top-tier DTC brands: think RYZE Superfoods or PetLab Co. Clean, warm, premium, flawless on mobile. THE PROJECT Redesign and implement 4 pages of our customer portal: Home, All Orders, Subscriptions, and Subscription detail. This is NOT a from-scratch discovery project. We've done the thinking. You'll receive: - A complete design brief (structure, content and behavior of every section, page by page) - An HTML mockup of all 4 pages so you can see exactly what goes where - Reference screenshots (our current portal + competitor portals) - Our brand system (colors, fonts, button styles) and all assets (photos, product shots, copy) - Working responsive HTML for 3 sections we already built What we need from you is what we can't do: make it beautiful. The visual design is 100% yours — the mockup shows structure and meaning only, and we expect you to replace its look entirely with real design work at brand level. SCOPE 1. Figma: all 4 pages, desktop AND mobile, using our real content (no lorem ipsum) 2. Integration: implement the validated design into our Loop Subscriptions portal (HTML/CSS/JS injected into Loop + theme settings) — full width, fully responsive, pixel-close to the Figma 3. A short Loom walking us through your design choices WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - A senior profile who both designs and codes. Not a designer who hands off a Figma nobody can build, not a developer who "also does design." - A portfolio with premium e-commerce or DTC work we can actually look at. If your portfolio wouldn't look out of place next to RYZE or PetLab, you're who we want. - Strong responsive craft: your work looks perfect on a phone, not just in a Figma frame. - Shopify experience required. Loop Subscriptions (or Recharge/Skio portal customization) experience is a big plus. - Autonomous and fast to communicate. We answer questions within hours and expect the same energy. BUDGET & TIMELINE Fixed price, milestone-based: 50% on Figma validation, 50% on live integration. Tell us your price for the full scope and your realistic timeline.
