Senior UI/UX Designer (Figma + AI Expert)

We're heavily invested in AI and are looking for someone who shares that mindset. This is **not** a traditional UI/UX role. We're looking for someone obsessed with creating incredible user experiences while using the latest AI tools to dramatically increase speed and quality. --- What You'll Do - Design modern, world-class web and mobile interfaces - Create polished UI systems and design libraries in Figma - Turn ideas, wireframes, and AI-generated concepts into production-ready designs - Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation - Improve existing designs and user flows - Create interactive prototypes for client presentations - Help define the visual direction of new AI products and internal tools --- AI is Required You should already be using AI every day. Examples include: - Figma AI - ChatGPT - Claude - Midjourney - Flux - Lovable - v0 - Cursor - Relume - Galileo AI - Uizard - Any other tools that help you design faster and better If you're designing the same way you were two years ago, this probably isn't the right fit. --- Requirements - Expert in Figma - Outstanding UI design skills - Strong UX thinking and problem solving - Excellent typography, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy - Ability to build scalable design systems - Experience designing responsive websites and SaaS products - Strong understanding of modern web development constraints - Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly - Excellent English communication Bonus points for: - Motion design - Framer - Webflow - Design systems - Branding - Experience working with AI startups or agencies --- What We're Looking For We care far more about **taste** than years of experience.
