Senior UI/UX Designer – Fundraising & Donation Platform (SaaS) About Us Amanahfy is a rapidly growing fundraising technology platform powering charities accross the UK, USA and Canada. We're looking for an exceptional UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating experiences that genuinely increase donations, improve donor trust and maximise conversion rates. This isn't a typical website design role. You'll be helping shape how thousands of donors interact with charitable giving. What You'll Be Working On You'll own the user experience across our fundraising ecosystem including: * Donation checkout journeys * Peer-to-peer fundraising pages * Campaign landing pages * Donor dashboards * Fundraiser dashboards * Charity admin platform * Mobile donation experiences * Live event fundraising interfaces * QR code donation flows * Subscription and recurring giving journeys * Automated giving experiences * Donor onboarding * Error states and payment failure journeys * Accessibility improvements Every decision should help answer one question: How do we make donating easier, faster and more trustworthy? What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who understands that great UX directly impacts fundraising performance. Ideally you have experience working with: * Charities * Nonprofits * Fundraising platforms * Donation products * FinTech * Payment products * Subscription platforms * E-commerce checkout optimisation You should naturally think about: * Increasing conversion rates * Reducing donor drop-off * Building trust throughout the donation journey * Improving average donation value * Mobile-first experiences * Psychological friction points * Accessibility * Behavioural design * Clear information hierarchy * Micro-interactions * Simplicity over complexity Responsibilities You'll work closely with our founders and development team to: * Audit existing user journeys * Identify UX pain points * Improve donation conversion rates * Simplify fundraising flows * Design new features before development * Produce high-fidelity Figma designs * Create reusable design systems * Improve consistency across the platform * Conduct UX reviews of existing features * Recommend industry best practices * Help prioritise UX improvements based on impact We'd Love Someone Who... * Has designed products where conversion really matters * Understands payment journeys * Knows how to optimise checkout experiences * Has experience improving donation funnels * Can balance business goals with user needs * Is data-driven rather than opinion-driven * Thinks about user psychology * Enjoys solving difficult UX problems * Is proactive with ideas rather than simply following instructions Bonus Experience * CharityTech * Fundraising platforms * Stripe or payment integrations * SaaS products * Mobile apps * Design systems * User research * A/B testing * Heatmaps and analytics * Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) What Success Looks Like We'd expect to see measurable improvements such as: * Higher donation conversion rates * Reduced checkout abandonment * Faster donation completion * Better mobile usability * More recurring donations * Improved accessibility * Higher donor satisfaction * A scalable design system that keeps Amanahfy consistent as we grow We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about building meaningful products.
