Senior UI Designer Needed for Premium Fintech Website Redesign (Figma)

We are looking for a talented UI designer to redesign our website in the payments/fintech space. The content, messaging, and structure already exist. The challenge is to create a visual experience that feels modern, premium, sophisticated, and memorable. Most payment companies look the same. We want to move away from the typical fintech aesthetic of generic SaaS layouts, predictable visuals, and templated design patterns. Our goal is to create a website that feels more like a premium technology brand than a traditional payment provider. What We're Looking For We are specifically looking for someone who genuinely cares about design quality and details. You should have: * Advanced Figma skills * Exceptional typography and layout skills * Strong visual taste and design judgment * Attention to spacing, hierarchy, proportions, and consistency * Experience designing premium SaaS, fintech, technology, or luxury brands * The ability to create original work rather than assembling existing templates We value designers who refine, iterate, and carefully consider every element rather than rushing to produce screens. Important: No AI-Generated Design We are not interested in AI-generated website designs. We expect original concepts, thoughtful design decisions, and manual design work. If your process relies heavily on generating designs with AI and making minor adjustments afterward, this project is likely not a fit. What Success Looks Like The final website should feel: * Premium and high-value * Modern and visually distinctive * Trustworthy and professional * Clean, elegant, and highly polished * Different from the typical fintech website Typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and overall attention to detail are extremely important to us.
