Senior UX/UI Designer – SaaS Platform, Analytics & Enterprise Workflows

We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to help refine and improve the user experience of a web-based SaaS platform currently in active development. This is not only a graphic design role. We're looking for someone who can evaluate complex workflows, simplify navigation, improve information architecture, organize large amounts of data, and create intuitive experiences for multiple user types. The platform serves multiple user roles including: Platform Administrators Brokerage Owners Office Leaders Team Leaders Real Estate Agents The ideal candidate has experience designing enterprise software, business applications, reporting dashboards, onboarding systems, permission structures, and data-heavy workflows. What You'll Be Working On Examples include: User onboarding flows Dashboard design Analytics and reporting experiences Task management systems Notifications and communication workflows Content management systems Course builders and training systems Permission and access structures Team, office, and brokerage hierarchy management Search, filtering, and navigation systems Our goal is to create a platform that feels simple and intuitive despite supporting complex business operations.
