Senior UI/UX Designer & WordPress Front-End Developer

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer and WordPress Front-End Developer to help deliver the visual redesign of an established commercial real estate website. This is not a branding project or a website redesign from scratch. The client has already invested significant time into defining the website strategy, user experience, navigation, branding and page concepts. Detailed documentation and interactive HTML mockups have already been produced. We're looking for someone who can take these approved concepts and deliver a premium, production-ready front-end experience. The website is built on WordPress using a custom theme and ACF Flexible Content. A dedicated technical WordPress developer is managing the backend architecture, so your focus will be on the visual design execution and front-end implementation. What We Already Have Comprehensive project brief Existing website audit Content strategy Navigation structure Brand guidelines Typography Colour palette Interactive HTML mockups Existing WordPress website Technical lead managing the WordPress backend and ACF architecture Scope of Work Your role will include: Review existing documentation and HTML concepts Refine layouts into production-ready UI Build responsive page layouts Implement premium front-end interactions Develop animations and transitions where appropriate Work collaboratively with our technical WordPress developer Ensure consistency across desktop, tablet and mobile Deliver clean, maintainable front-end code Skills Required Senior UI/UX Design WordPress custom theme development HTML5 CSS3 / SCSS JavaScript Responsive design Front-end performance optimisation Highly desirable: GSAP or similar animation libraries Premium corporate website experience Commercial real estate or professional services websites Experience working with ACF-based WordPress projects The Website This is a premium commercial real estate business. We're aiming for a modern, clean, premium corporate feel with subtle animations, polished interactions and an excellent user experience. Attention to detail is extremely important.
