Senior UI/UX Designer (Workflow & CRM Design)

Senior UI/UX Designer About the Role We are looking for a highly capable UI/UX Designer to help redesign and modernize an existing low-code platform into a React + Python application. This is primarily a UX/UI design role focused on creating intuitive workflows, navigation, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. To be successful, you must be able to quickly understand complex business processes and translate them into clean, efficient user experiences. This is an initial 2-month engagement with strong potential for extension and additional projects. Responsibilities Design end-to-end user experiences for workflow-driven web applications. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. Analyze existing workflows, process maps, and system behavior to understand business requirements. Simplify complex operational processes into intuitive user experiences. Define navigation structures, information architecture, and reusable design patterns. Collaborate closely with product stakeholders and frontend engineers to ensure accurate implementation. Leverage AI tools such as Claude and Figma AI to accelerate design exploration and iteration. Requirements 4+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience. Strong Figma skills, including components, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff. Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-heavy applications. Ability to quickly understand business processes and convert requirements into effective screen flows. Strong product sense, business acumen, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience using AI-assisted design tools, including Claude. Preferred Experience redesigning legacy or low-code applications. Experience with healthcare, financial, operations, or other process-driven systems. Familiarity with role-based workflows and HIPAA-conscious design principles. Engagement Details Initial 2-month contract with strong extension potential. Must be available and working 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Opportunity to contribute to additional UI/UX projects across the team.
