Senior UX/UI Designer for B2B Ecommerce Redesign (Figma, CRO)

We run a Dutch B2B webshop with Hyva components. There's already a base to work from: the Hyva UI kit and a starting point in Figma with the correct look & feel. We need a designer to turn that into a clean, consistent design system and apply it across the page templates. We also have a current web variant live so you exactly know what to design but optimize it. We work with MCP, so you'll be designing in Figma with AI in the loop. If you already use AI tools in your design work, you'll feel at home. You design in Hyva Design System. What you'll do: - Update the base design system from the Hyva UI kit into a reusable component set, built atomic (from atoms like buttons and inputs up to full sections and templates) - Apply it across the page templates: homepage, category, product, cart, and the supporting pages, on desktop, tablet and mobile - Keep the current brand, same colors and accent - Design for conversion: clear pricing incl. and excl. VAT, trust signals, low friction for B2B buyers - Deliver pixel-perfect Figma a developer can build from directly Who we're looking for: - Solid UX/UI and ecommerce work in your portfolio - Strong in Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, design systems - Comfortable using AI and MCP in your Figma workflow - A real feel for what makes a page convert - Confident across desktop, tablet and mobile - Figma, in English
