Senior Designer for Long-Term Collaboration

We’re looking for a **Senior UI/UX Designer** to join our team for a long-term, full-time collaboration. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with **Figma**, responsive web design, and creating clean, modern, user-friendly interfaces. You should be comfortable working closely with developers and team members, turning requirements into practical designs, and maintaining consistency with existing brand guidelines. Responsibilities include: * Creating high-quality UI/UX designs in Figma * Designing responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile * Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and production-ready designs * Collaborating closely with developers and project stakeholders * Improving existing designs based on feedback and real product needs * Maintaining consistent design systems and brand standards Requirements: * Strong professional experience with Figma * Excellent responsive web design skills * Strong portfolio showing real product or production design experience * B2+ English communication skills * Available full-time, ideally **10+ hours per day when needed** * Available for a long-term collaboration of **6+ months** * Reliable communication and ability to work independently * Strong attention to detail and ownership of results We are especially interested in designers who care about the **quality and success of the product**, not someone who is only focused on completing hours or receiving payment. All contracts and payments will be handled through **Upwork**.
