Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help evolve and improve the user experience of a growing web-based healthcare software platform. This is not a one-off design project. We’re looking for an experienced individual designer who has the potential to become our long-term creative partner across our product and brand. Engagement Details: * Initial workload: 20–30 hours/week for the first 1–2 months * Ongoing workload: ~10 hours/week after initial phase * Project type: Long-term collaboration * Location: Remote (Western Hemisphere greatly preferred) ⚠️ Important: We are looking to work directly with an individual designer, not a design agency or studio. About the Product: Our platform is a healthcare SaaS application used by businesses to manage key workflows across their operations. The product includes: * Operational dashboards * Reporting and analytics * Subscription and billing workflows * Checkout flows * Internal management tools Our goal is to significantly improve the usability, clarity, and polish of the product experience while maintaining a clean, modern design language appropriate for healthcare software. What You’ll Work On: * Improving UI/UX across an existing web software platform * Designing new product features and workflows * Simplifying complex operational dashboards and reporting views * Creating intuitive user flows and wireframes * Designing high-fidelity UI components and layouts * Helping evolve and maintain a consistent design system * Contributing to broader brand and product design direction Over time, this role may expand into helping shape the visual identity and design language across our entire product ecosystem. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is: * A senior-level product designer * Experienced designing complex SaaS or web applications * Strong at simplifying complicated workflows * Detail-oriented with excellent visual design instincts * Comfortable collaborating closely with founders and engineers * Interested in building a long-term creative partnership Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus, but not required.
