Senior Developer Needed (Replit Expert + AI-Assisted Workflows a Must)

We're hiring an experienced developer who knows how to build real products fast. This is not an entry-level role and not a role for someone who picked up AI coding tools last month. What we need: You're a strong engineer first. You write clean, production-ready code, you understand architecture, and you can read an existing codebase before touching it. On top of that, you've fully integrated AI tools into your workflow and you've been doing it since these tools became viable, not since last week. Our stack runs on Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Supabase, with diffferent APIs powering core features. You should be comfortable across the full stack and confident shipping features end to end. Requirements: 4+ years of professional software development Expert-level Replit experience (hard requirement, daily hands-on use) Deep, hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools in real production work Fluency with modern web stacks (React/Next.js, TypeScript) Database experience (Postgres/Supabase preferred) You read files before you write.
