Senior UI Developer / Webflow Expert — Figma, GSAP, Responsive Design

We’re looking for a highly skilled UI Developer who combines strong visual design taste with frontend/Webflow execution. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Location does not matter, but you must be able to overlap with Pacific Time / PST for client and team meetings. We need someone who is more than just a Webflow builder — you should have a great eye for design, understand modern UI/UX, and be able to build polished, responsive, interactive websites. You should be strong in: Figma Webflow Responsive design UI/UX design GSAP / ScrollTrigger / Webflow animations Complex interactive and scroll-based experiences WCAG / accessibility best practices Visual QA: spacing, typography, layout, consistency Communication is very important You must be comfortable joining client-facing video calls, presenting your work, explaining design/build decisions, and communicating clearly in English. Russian language skills are a plus, but not required.
