Senior Digital Marketer – Project Manager (E-commerce & AI Video Focus)

SocialMe – a leading company in e-commerce & digital marketing – is looking for a highly capable Digital Marketer – Project Manager to take full ownership of our digital projects. This role combines performance marketing, team coordination, and client communication, while also integrating modern content strategies, including AI video production (Greek UGC & general AI videos) for high-performing ad campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms, while managing internal teams and communicating directly with high-value clients in Greece and internationally. Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time (long-term collaboration) Requirements - 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing & Project Management - Proven case studies in Facebook Ads, Google Ads & TikTok Ads - Strong understanding of campaign strategy, optimization & scaling - Hands-on experience with SEO & SEM - 2+ years of copywriting experience (Greek & English) - Experience in AI video creation (Greek UGC & general AI video production) - Familiarity with AI tools for video generation (avatars, lip sync, product videos, short-form content, etc.) - Basic video editing skills (cutting, captions, simple transitions, ad formats) - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and workflows - Excellent written and spoken English - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Ability to take ownership, handle pressure, and manage multiple projects - Experience leading, training, or coordinating a team Tools & Platforms - Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager - Word, Excel (functions), PowerPoint - Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Adobe PDF Editor - AI Tools (e.g. OpenAI, Runway, Kling, Seedance and other AI video generation tools) - Automations (Zapier, Make) - Email Marketing (Mailerlite, MailPoet, Mailchimp) If you believe you are a strong fit for this role, send us your portfolio and relevant experience.
