We are seeking an experienced, top-tier Digital Pattern Maker and Technical Designer to bring our initial three (3) concepts to life and prepare them for factory production. The three pieces include a highly structured trench-cape, a tailored modular suit, and an architectural pleated cape. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: 1. Digital Pattern Drafting: Create precision digital patterns based on our creative design briefs and sketches for all 3 designs. 2. Required Formats and Factory-Ready Files: To ensure full compatibility with Turkish manufacturing factories and our internal review, the final delivery must include: - .DXF (ASTM standard): For digital fabric cutting machines. - Native Software Files: Gerber (.ZIP / .TMP) and CLO3D (.ZPRJ) source files. - Plotter-Ready .PDF: Scaled to full-size production plotter measurements for direct printing. 3. Size Grading: Perform accurate digital size grading (S, M, L, XL) tailored to Middle Eastern / Gulf region size charts and modest-wear length requirements. 4. Comprehensive Tech Packs: Develop complete technical packages including sewing construction details, fabric consumption, stitching specifications, and measurement tolerances.
