Senior Editorial Designer for a Government Strategy Report (Adobe InDesign)

I am looking for an experienced Editorial Designer with strong expertise in Adobe InDesign to design and lay out a high-quality government strategy report. The document is already fully written. Your role is not to write or edit the content, but to transform it into a professional publication with excellent typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall readability. The report is approximately 200+ pages and includes: Cover page Table of contents Chapter divider pages Text-heavy sections Tables Organizational charts Diagrams Process flows Infographics Charts Maps Icons (where appropriate) Annexes The final document should have a clean, modern and institutional style suitable for a government strategy report. The document should rely on strong typography, generous white space, consistent layouts and a restrained color palette rather than decorative effects. Please avoid generic templates, overly decorative graphics or presentation-style layouts.
