About the Role As a Senior Email Marketing Strategist, you'll take ownership of client email marketing performance from strategy through execution. You'll work closely with copywriters, designers, and account managers to help our clients achieve measurable growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the strategic and technical sides of email marketing and enjoys working directly with clients. Responsibilities: Develop and manage email marketing strategies for multiple e-commerce brands Plan and optimize email campaigns and automated flows Review and improve email copy and designs Manage Klaviyo accounts and ensure best practices are followed Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns through A/B testing Troubleshoot deliverability issues and maintain strong sender reputation Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic recommendations Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and apply them to improve workflow and results Requirements: We're looking for someone who has: Extensive experience managing email marketing for e-commerce brands Strong experience leading email marketing strategy Advanced knowledge of Klaviyo and other email marketing platforms Excellent copywriting and email design knowledge Experience building and optimizing email automations and campaigns Strong understanding of email deliverability and troubleshooting Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Experience managing client relationships A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve Familiarity with modern AI tools and how they can improve email marketing workflows What We Offer: Starting salary: $1,500/month Opportunity to earn up to $2,500/month based on performance and growth Full-time, long-term position Career development opportunities within a growing agency Work alongside experienced copywriters, designers, email strategists, and marketing professionals Supportive, collaborative, and remote-first work environment
