Senior AI Engineer (Python | RAG | Agentic AI | Chatbots)

We’re looking for a skilled Senior AI / LLM Engineer to join our growing team and help design, build, and optimize intelligent systems powered by modern language models. In this role, you will lead the development of advanced AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, driving innovation across our platform. You will work extensively with Python to develop scalable backend services and automation workflows, enabling seamless integration of AI capabilities into real-world applications. A strong focus will be placed on performance, reliability, and system scalability. As part of a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you’ll partner with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions. You’ll also play a key role in leveraging tools such as LangChain and Claude to build robust, production-ready LLM applications.
