Senior QA Engineer (Strong Automation, Playwright & AI Tools Experience)

Position open for a skilled QA Engineer with experience in B2C and SaaS applications to lead both manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. You should be confident writing automation scripts in Playwright, and familiar with using Cursor or GitHub Copilot to accelerate test development. What you will do: – Own the QA process across platforms: Design, write, and execute test plans for features across web, desktop, and mobile applications. Coordinate with product managers and developers to understand feature goals and define test coverage. Think critically about edge cases, usability, and reliability. Raise issues early and validate fixes quickly. – Write and maintain automated tests: Use Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium to write clean, maintainable automation scripts. Use tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot to speed up and improve test development. Ensure test coverage is optimized for core functionality, regressions, and edge cases. – Validate performance, security, and stability: Conduct load testing, performance benchmarking, and security testing to ensure applications scale and meet reliability standards. Test across environments including AWS and GCP, and coordinate results with dev teams to implement improvements. Our technologies: Playwright / Cypress / Selenium Postman / REST APIs Cursor / GitHub Copilot AWS / GCP Requirements: - 5+ years of professional experience in QA for B2C and SaaS applications. - Solid experience in manual and automation testing. - Proven ability to write and maintain automation tests using Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium. - Experience using Cursor or GitHub Copilot to assist with test development. - Strong experience with Postman and API testing. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. - Experience with load, performance, and security testing. - Able to test across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. - Excellent communication and documentation skills in English. Necessary strengths: 1 - Organization and Planning – Anticipate testing needs, define test coverage, and manage test cases efficiently. 2 - Proactivity – Don’t wait for test cases to be assigned—actively look for issues and process improvements. 3 - Attention to Detail – Identify even minor defects that could impact user experience or performance. 4 - Communication – Write bug reports clearly and concisely.
