Over the last two years, we’ve made a significant investment in AI and automation across sales, operations, marketing, finance, and customer experience. We are not looking to “experiment” with AI. We are already using it in production. Our existing AI ecosystem includes: * Multiple AI agents supporting sales, marketing, research, and operations * Claude-powered workflows used across the organization * Automated integrations between Qualia, TitleSphere, QuickBooks, GoHighLevel, and other business systems * AI-driven content, outreach, and business intelligence processes * Agent orchestration, automation pipelines, and custom workflows built using modern AI tools We have already built the foundation. Now we’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Architect who can help take our AI initiatives to the next level by scaling, optimizing, integrating, and productizing what we’ve already created. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to transform proven AI concepts into scalable systems, products, and competitive advantages. ⸻ The Opportunity This is not a traditional engineering role. We’re looking for a builder who can think strategically, move quickly, and turn ideas into production-ready solutions. You won’t be handed detailed specifications. You’ll be expected to help architect systems, improve existing workflows, identify opportunities, and ship high-impact AI solutions.
