Senior Enterprise SaaS Architect - Audit & Blueprint Existing Multi-Tenant Insurance Platform

We own three working insurance software products that are already MVP, usable, and in production in some capacity. One of them, OneFill, already has paying external customers. We are not looking for someone to reinvent these products or start coding from scratch. We need a proven enterprise SaaS architect to inspect what already exists, audit the code/data architecture, and create the complete construction blueprint for combining the right features into one clean, scalable, multi-tenant platform. The engagement should take roughly 2-4 weeks and will be fixed price. What exists today: • OneFill - live, paying customers, supports roughly 15 insurance products, web/browser-plugin-like application experience, API available, source code owned. • Dromo - live internally for almost a year; traditional CRM today, but policy management, projections and reporting are already built and functional. We want to reuse the useful backend/brain-layer capabilities, not stay in the CRM business. • LedgerFlow - live internally; roughly 11 carriers normalized; commission statement ingestion already supports CSV, Excel and PDF; missed-payment and pending reports are already supported. Reconciliation needs improvement and the platform is not yet multi-tenant. • All source code is owned by us. The systems currently have separate databases and no shared authentication. What we need from you: • Inspect the actual codebases, schemas, APIs, infrastructure and current workflows before recommending anything. • Determine what should be kept, refactored, consolidated or rebuilt. We want the simplest robust path, not a rewrite for the sake of rewriting. • Design the target multi-tenant architecture, shared authentication, module entitlements, white-labeling, distribution/affiliate model, data ownership, policy/commission reconciliation, carrier login/MFA workflow, security boundaries and production infrastructure. • Deliver full architecture diagrams, ERDs/data model, system flows, permissions, wireframes, build sequencing, technical decisions, risks and implementation estimates - essentially the software equivalent of a complete house blueprint. Who we want: • Someone who has personally architected and helped bring successful enterprise-grade, multi-tenant SaaS platforms to market at meaningful scale. • You must be able to show real systems you architected, explain your exact role, the scale achieved, and the architectural decisions you personally owned. • InsurTech experience is a plus but not required. Strong enterprise SaaS architecture experience matters more. • We are not looking for a senior full-stack developer trying enterprise architecture for the first time.
