Senior Facebook / Meta Media Buyer (Direct Response E-commerce)

Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Facebook/Meta Media Buyer who understands direct response, conversion-focused campaigns, and scaling winning offers. What You’ll Do - Launch, manage, and scale Facebook/Meta ad campaigns for direct response e-commerce offers. - Develop and execute testing strategies for creatives, hooks, angles, audiences, and landing pages. - Optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, and scalability. - Work closely with creative, funnel, and operations teams to improve performance. - Analyze performance data and identify bottlenecks across ads, presells, PDPs, checkout, and post-purchase flow. - Provide recommendations for new angles, winning creatives, and scaling opportunities. - Monitor account health, compliance issues, and performance volatility. Requirements - Proven experience managing Facebook/Meta ads for direct response e-commerce brands. - Strong understanding of media buying frameworks, testing methodology, scaling, and creative iteration. - Experience with high-volume spend preferred. - Must understand advertorials, presell pages, PDP funnels, upsells/downsell flows, and conversion optimization. - Comfortable working with performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPC, AOV, MER, LTV). - Able to identify why campaigns fail and propose actionable fixes. - Strong communication and reporting skills. - Bonus: Experience in affiliate/e-commerce environments, subscription offers, health/wellness, beauty, or aggressive scaling environments. Nice to Have - Experience working with multiple ad accounts/BMs. - Familiarity with funnel optimization and CRO. - Understanding of attribution, tracking, pixels, GTM, GA4, and post-iOS performance measurement.
