Figma Master Coach for Senior Product Designer I'm seeking a Figma Master Coach to mentor a senior product designer and help deepen advanced product design workflow expertise inside Figma. This role will focus on hands-on coaching, practical skill-building, and personalized guidance across both foundational mastery and newer platform capabilities. Responsibilities include: - Providing personalized feedback on workflows, files, and design decisions - Teaching efficient use of keyboard shortcuts and the ins and outs of Figma settings, menus, and options - Coaching on auto layout, grids, and viewports - Helping set up, edit, and improve **existing design systems**, including working from enterprise-level examples - Keeping the designer up to date on new Figma releases and feature updates - Building expertise in Figma AI features and how to apply them effectively in real design work - Strengthening overall design execution, systems thinking, and quality of deliverables Ideal candidate: - Deep expertise in Figma - Strong understanding of design systems and product design principles - Experience coaching or mentoring designers in a practical, hands-on way - Familiarity with enterprise-scale design patterns and workflows - Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Figma features and AI capabilities - Excellent English Communication Skills The goal is to help a senior product designer sharpen advanced Figma skills, improve efficiency, and produce consistently high-quality work.
