Senior Finance Lead / Controller + FP&A (Systems-Oriented) – Ongoing Part-Time for US Clients

We are a US-based firm providing fractional CFO and financial advisory services to small companies (typically under $20M in revenue). Our model relies heavily on systems and automation. We use structured templates, custom tools, and AI agents so that a large portion of the work is standardized. We are looking for a strong, process-disciplined finance professional based in the Philippines to own the execution layer. This is not a basic bookkeeping role and it is not a pure strategic fractional CFO role. You will produce accurate, clean financial deliverables inside our established systems and escalate issues or recommendations to our management team. What You Will Own: - Monthly financial packages (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, KPIs) - Rolling forecasts and scenario models - Variance analysis with clear owner-level commentary - Data preparation and cleanup for reporting - Working strictly inside our templates, processes, and tools - Flagging risks, anomalies, or process gaps early Ideal Candidate - Experience as a Controller, Finance Manager, - Head of Finance, or acting CFO at companies roughly $2M–$30M in revenue - Strong financial modeling skills (3-statement models, cash flow forecasting, scenarios) - Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills - Proven ability to produce clean, professional reporting packages for business owners - Comfortable following defined processes and templates (we do not want someone who wants to redesign everything) - Clear written English and reliable communication Based in the Philippines Engagement Details Hours: Approximately 10–20 hours per client per month once systems are mature (higher during onboarding) Rate: $45–65 per hour Type: Hourly, ongoing, with long-term potential How to Apply Please answer these questions in your proposal: 1) Briefly describe your most relevant experience as a Controller, Finance Manager, or acting CFO for a company under $20M. 2) What is your expected hourly rate for this type of work? 3) Are you comfortable working primarily inside existing templates and systems rather than creating your own from scratch? 4) What is your weekly availability and preferred working hours relative to US Eastern Time? 5) Share 1–2 examples of financial models or reporting packages you have built (you may describe them if you cannot attach files).
