Senior UV Flatbed Printing Consultant | Factory Setup, Colour Management & Production Systems

We are looking for an experienced industrial UV flatbed printing consultant to help us design and standardise a scalable production system for a premium tabletop gaming product. This is not an operator role. We already have a production manager and printing capability. We are looking for someone with deep experience designing, improving and standardising industrial UV printing operations. Our goals include: * Reviewing our current UV printing process. * Helping select future printer manufacturers and equipment. * Improving colour consistency between printers. * Designing calibration and maintenance procedures. * Recommending environmental controls (temperature, humidity, dust, lighting, ventilation). * Designing objective QA processes for print quality. * Creating documentation and SOPs that can be used internally and by third party printing partners. * Training our production manager so they can own the system long term. Ideally you have experience with industrial UV flatbed printing rather than small format or signage production. Experience with colour management, ICC profiling, production QA, manufacturing systems or factory setup is highly desirable. Initially this is a consulting engagement, with the possibility of ongoing advisory work.
