Senior Flutter Developer - Production Bug Audit & Codebase Hardening (B2B SaaS)

We run a B2B SaaS inspection and asset management platform (Flutter, iOS + Android) with 10 paying enterprise customers using it daily in production. The app is feature-complete and live. We are not looking for someone to build from scratch. We need a senior Flutter developer who can come in, audit the existing codebase with a critical eye, identify structural weaknesses, fix recurring bugs, and then stay on to implement new features and optimizations alongside our existing dev team. What this role actually involves: Code review and architecture audit as first deliverable Bug fixing with root cause analysis, not just patches Hardening offline sync, state management, and performance Ongoing feature development based on config-driven logic from our web platform Working within an existing team, not solo You are the right fit if you have built and maintained production Flutter apps with real users, you have opinions about what good Flutter architecture looks like, and you are comfortable telling us what is wrong with what we have built.
