Senior Flutter Engineer for Fintech App

We’re looking for a high-level Flutter engineer to help elevate our existing fintech/financial wellness app from strong startup quality to elite production quality. This is NOT a basic UI role. We need someone experienced in improving and hardening real-world Flutter codebases. Current stack includes: - Flutter - Riverpod - GraphQL - RevenueCat - Plaid - Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics - Localization Main focus areas: - frontend architecture cleanup - testing (unit/widget/integration) - performance optimization - codebase maintainability - logging/privacy cleanup - CI/CD and engineering quality improvements We want someone who: - has worked on production Flutter apps - understands scalable architecture - writes proper tests - can improve existing codebases, not just build new screens - has strong product and UX instincts - can proactively identify issues and improve systems Bonus if you have: - fintech experience - GraphQL experience - localization/deep linking experience - subscription/paywall experience
