Project Overview Seeking a senior-level AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy a secure, centralized personal intelligence hub named Freedom. Operating as a strategic business coordinator, Life CFO, and health tracking engine, the goal is a visual backend (n8n/Flowise) connected to a clean UI dashboard (Retool/Bubble/Open WebUI) with a low-latency voice layer. This allows a non-technical user and virtual assistant to manage global operations seamlessly. Core Integrations & Data Endpoints The Core Brain: Central LLM coordinator utilizing a custom vector database (Pinecone/ChromaDB) for long-term semantic memory of past interactions, business models, and strategic goals. Low-Latency Voice Interface: Bidirectional, real-time voice layer (OpenAI Realtime API or Vapi) for hands-free verbal prompting, execution updates, and automated daily audio briefings. Liquid Assets & Retirement Engine: Secure read-only Plaid API integrations tracking multi-platform wealth and retirement portfolios against inflation-beating targets. Feeds a dynamic debt-elimination matrix for historical liabilities. Algorithmic Trading Sandbox: Dedicated execution connection to a fenced brokerage account. Authorized to programmatically copy-trade or run sentiment-scraping triggers to autonomously execute trades strictly within a tightly capped, fenced allocation. Real Estate Portfolio Module: Syncs with property management platforms (e.g., Stessa) to aggregate rental income, expenses, and NOI. Directive: Analyze baseline metrics to identify inefficiencies and execute strategies transitioning the portfolio from a net-negative cash flow position to a stable, net-positive position, followed by automated underwriting workflows for expansion. Retail Logistics Strategy Agent: Integrates with a niche retail POS and delivery routing system for a boutique delivery business. Note: This business line currently operates at a net loss in a highly competitive market. Directive: Analyze operational data, identify leaks, continuously monitor localized competitor pricing/radius metrics, and generate strategies to cross the profitability threshold before scaling revenue tenfold. Music Catalog & Creative Brand Agent: Connects to a centralized catalog aggregation dashboard (Royalty Exchange) to pull performance metrics, trailing earnings, and multi-alias royalty streams. Directive: Model strategic market demand to support an international house music rebranding campaign, tracking global residency and streaming trends to drive consistent international performance bookings. Biometric Health Module: Integrates with Google Health Connect to ingest active weight-training and performance logs (via FitBod) alongside webhooks to track nutritional parameters, caloric data, and automated fasting windows (via Lose It!). Required Technical Skillset Advanced expertise in workflow orchestration frameworks (n8n, Flowise, or Make.com).
