If it lights you up, you just found home. ────────── WHO WE ARE We're Jet Financial Group, and we're building a $1B lead generation and wealth management company. Here's the machine: we capture retirees at the single most important financial moment of their lives, we book guaranteed appointments for financial advisors (that engine just crossed $1M/month), and we retain those clients for life through our own tele-wealth firm. Capture, monetize, retain — we own all three layers. That's rare, and it's exactly what turns a good business into a massive exit. We're not a startup hoping it works. It's already working. Now the systems need to catch up — and that's where you come in. ────────── THE ROLE At the center of our appointment engine is a tracker: the system that tells us — and our clients — how many appointments they've bought, how many we've delivered, and what they're owed. It was built fast with AI/no-code tools, and it's become the biggest bottleneck in the business. The numbers can't be trusted, and everything we want to build next depends on fixing that. Here's what lands on your plate: • Rebuild the tracker the right way — a real database as the single source of truth, where everyone sees the same accurate numbers, every time. • Build the client-facing portal where advisors log in, see their appointments, and purchase more on their own. • Build the integrations and automations that connect it all (GoHighLevel and more) and keep the data bulletproof. • Bust the bottlenecks. When something breaks, you find the root cause and ship the fix — you don't patch symptoms and hope. • Become our long-term technical partner as we scale: more systems, more automation, more to build. No tidy spec. No hand-holding. Real problems, and the authority to solve them the right way. ────────── WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Most developers are great at one half of this. They can either build a rock-solid system OR talk to actual humans — rarely both. We need the rare one who's genuinely elite at BOTH: someone who can architect a bulletproof system AND explain it to a non-technical founder in plain English. You're the kind of developer who: • Fixes root causes, not symptoms. You've seen what happens when people just patch, and you refuse to do it. • Takes extreme ownership. You prove the work is done — you don't just say "it's done." • Is honest about scope and timeline. You'd rather tell us the hard truth than over-promise to win the job. • Would rather build something that lasts than ship throwaway features forever.
