Senior Full-Stack Developer to Build AI-Powered SaaS MVP for Property Management

We have a validated concept for a property management SaaS platform and need a senior full-stack developer to build the MVP. The platform will serve small to mid-size property managers who currently use spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Core features for the MVP: multi-tenant architecture with role-based access for property managers and tenants, a dashboard showing properties, units, leases, and maintenance requests, an AI assistant that helps property managers draft tenant communications and summarize maintenance request history, Stripe integration for rent payments and subscription billing, and a reporting module with key metrics. Tech stack preference: Next.js frontend, Node.js or Python backend, PostgreSQL, Supabase or Firebase for auth, deployed on AWS or Vercel. We want milestone-based delivery with a working build at every checkpoint. Phase 1 is the MVP. If the build goes well there is a Phase 2 roadmap with tenant portal, AI lease analysis, and automated compliance checks.
