Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI + GoHighLevel Integrations) Project Overview I'm building a sales execution platform that sits on top of GoHighLevel. This is NOT a CRM replacement. GoHighLevel remains the system of record. The goal is to create a faster, cleaner, and more intelligent operating layer for sales teams. The platform will connect to multiple GoHighLevel subaccounts and provide a unified workspace for managing conversations, follow-ups, tasks, and sales activity across all locations. Core Problem Sales teams lose revenue because follow-ups get buried. A lead says: * "Call me next week" * "Call me tomorrow at 3pm" * "Reach back out after I get approval" * "Follow up in 30 days" These conversations disappear into thousands of messages. Managers have no visibility into which opportunities are being neglected, and reps spend hours searching through conversations. Vision Build a platform that provides: Unified Multi-Location Inbox Users can connect multiple GoHighLevel subaccounts and view conversations in one centralized interface. Examples: * Location A * Location B * Location C * Location D Users can: * View conversations by location * View conversations across all locations * Search across all connected accounts * Filter by status, owner, tags, and follow-up stage AI Follow-Up Management The system automatically identifies follow-up commitments inside conversations. Examples: * Call back tomorrow * Follow up next week * Waiting on approval * Waiting on estimate * Requested pricing * No response received AI should create actionable follow-up tasks and surface overdue opportunities. ### Sales Execution Dashboard Managers should immediately see: * Overdue follow-ups * Leads needing responses * Opportunities at risk * Rep performance * Follow-up completion rates The goal is to identify revenue leaks before they become lost deals. Task Layer Instead of manually searching conversations, users receive structured tasks generated from communication history. Examples: * Call Suzanne tomorrow at 10am * Follow up with Bob in 7 days * Waiting on homeowner approval * Quote sent, no response for 14 days Long-Term AI Features Future roadmap: * AI-generated follow-up suggestions * AI conversation summaries * Opportunity health scoring * Automated lead prioritization * Revenue-risk detection * Manager alerts Technical Requirements Looking for someone experienced with: * React / Next.js * Node.js * PostgreSQL * Supabase * GoHighLevel APIs * AI workflows (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) * Multi-tenant SaaS architecture * Authentication and permissions * Scalable dashboard applications ## What I'm Looking For I am NOT looking for a freelancer who only builds pages. I need someone who can help architect a real SaaS product and make strong technical decisions as the platform evolves. Please don't send me your vibecoded app :( I want a real dev Experience building CRM-adjacent tools, communication platforms, sales software, or AI workflow products is a major advantage.
