Senior Full-Stack Developer & Mentor (Next.js / TypeScript / Supabase)

# Next.js / Supabase Mentor for Startup Founder (Long-Term) ## About the Project I'm building **Afotam**, a web-based construction marketplace that will connect construction companies, suppliers, contractors, equipment providers, and clients across Africa. The application is being built with: * Next.js * TypeScript * Tailwind CSS * Supabase * Vercel * Git & GitHub I am the founder and I am building the MVP myself. ## What I'm Looking For I am **not looking for someone to build the application for me.** I'm looking for an experienced full-stack developer who enjoys mentoring. My goal is to become capable of building the application myself while receiving guidance from an experienced engineer. I want someone who can: * Answer technical questions * Explain concepts clearly * Help me solve bugs * Review my code * Recommend best practices * Help me design a scalable architecture * Guide me when I'm stuck ## How We'll Work Most of the week I will build features on my own. When I get stuck, we'll meet online for 1–2 hours to review my work and solve problems together. This is a long-term mentoring relationship rather than a traditional development contract. ## Requirements * Strong experience with Next.js * Strong experience with React * Strong experience with TypeScript * Experience with Supabase * Experience deploying applications on Vercel * Good communication skills * Fluent in English Teaching or mentoring experience is a big plus. ## To Apply Please include: 1.
