Senior Full-Stack Developer Needed for HIPAA-Compliant Healthcare Practice Management Platform

We work with a US-based outpatient healthcare organization looking for an experienced senior full-stack developer or small software development team to design and build a secure, production-ready practice management and clinical documentation platform. The software will be used by a small but growing multi-provider clinic operating in the US. The initial rollout will support approximately 10–25 internal users, including clinicians, front-desk staff, billing staff, and administrators, with an expected patient volume of 1,000–3,000 active patient records. This is not a basic scheduling website or a simple CRUD application. The platform will handle protected health information, clinical documentation, scheduling, insurance information, patient payments, internal workflows, and administrative reporting. The application must be designed around HIPAA requirements and healthcare security best practices. We understand that no software product is simply “HIPAA certified.” We are looking for a developer who understands that HIPAA compliance depends on technical controls, infrastructure, vendor agreements, policies, auditability, and operational procedures. We are open to working with an individual senior engineer who can lead the project end-to-end, or a small team with strong experience in healthcare software, SaaS architecture, AWS, security, and complex business workflows.
