Senior Full Stack Developer (Next.js + AI Automation) Needed for Scalable Web App

We’re looking for an experienced full stack developer who can take ownership of building and scaling a modern web application using Next.js, along with integrating AI-powered automation into core workflows. This is not a beginner role. We need someone who understands architecture, performance, and how to ship production-ready systems without hand-holding. What you’ll be working on: building a fast, scalable frontend using Next.js (App Router preferred) developing secure and efficient backend APIs integrating AI tools (e.g. OpenAI / Claude / custom models) into real workflows automating processes across APIs, databases, and third-party services designing clean system architecture that can scale optimizing performance, SEO, and user experience Tech stack (expected): Next.js / React Node.js (or similar backend) database experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) AI integrations (OpenAI, Claude, or similar) REST APIs / GraphQL automation tools and workflows Nice to have: experience with AI agents or workflow automation tools DevOps knowledge (Vercel, AWS, Docker, CI/CD) background in SaaS product development What we’re looking for: someone who thinks like a problem solver, not just a coder strong communication and ability to suggest better approaches proven experience with similar projects (please share links) ability to work independently and deliver clean, maintainable code To apply, include: links to 2–3 relevant projects (especially Next.js + AI work) a brief explanation of how you’ve used AI in production your approach to building scalable full stack apps Engagement: long-term opportunity for the right person flexible hours, but consistent communication required
