Senior Full-Stack Developer (Next.js, Django, Stripe) – Take Over Existing Project

Given everything you've described, I wouldn't just hire another "web developer." I'd hire a **Senior Full-Stack Engineer** with experience taking over existing projects. That's a completely different skillset.
