Senior AI Full-Stack Developer (Python / AI Agents / Data Science)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Full-Stack Developer to help build advanced AI-powered software products, especially in the Fintech and accounting space. This is not a typical web development role. We are looking for someone who is deeply technical, highly product-oriented, and capable of designing and implementing complex AI systems from concept through production. Required Qualifications: AI & Python Development: - 5+ years of professional Python development experience - Strong software engineering fundamentals - Experience building production-grade AI applications - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - Data Science & Machine Learning - Strong experience with: - NumPy - Pandas - SciPy - scikit-learn - Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines Familiarity with machine learning workflows and model deployment. Jupyter & Research Workflows: - Extensive experience using Jupyter Notebooks - Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and validate AI concepts Comfortable translating research and prototypes into production systems. - AI Agents & LLM Systems - Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows Experience with: - OpenAI - Anthropic Claude - Gemini - LangChain - LlamaIndex RAG architectures: - Understanding of tool-calling, memory systems, planning, and multi-agent architectures - Full-Stack Development - Experience building end-to-end software products - Backend development experience (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar) - API design and integration experience - Database experience (Postgres, MySQL, or equivalent) - Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Preferred Qualifications - Experience taking products from idea stage to production launch - Experience building enterprise SaaS applications - Experience with document processing, OCR, or workflow automation - Experience in finance, accounting, tax, legal, or compliance software - Experience designing scalable AI architectures
