Senior Full Stack AI Developer (UGC AI Video Platform)

We’re looking for an experienced developer to build the architecture for an AI-powered UGC video generation platform from the ground up. This is not a role for prompt engineers or “vibe coders.” We need someone who can architect scalable systems, write production-grade code, solve complex engineering problems, and ship reliable software. What You’ll Build * AI-powered UGC video generation platform * End-to-end backend architecture * Scalable API infrastructure * User authentication and account management * Video generation pipeline * AI model integrations (LLMs, voice, avatars, image/video models) * Queue management and asynchronous processing * Storage, database, and cloud infrastructure * Subscription, billing, and usage tracking * Analytics and monitoring * Production-ready deployment Requirements * 5+ years of experience in full stack development * Strong experience with modern backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, or Go) * Experience building AI products in production * Experience integrating multiple AI APIs and models * Strong understanding of system architecture and scalability * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) * Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, databases, caching, and message queues * Ability to build maintainable, clean, and secure code Nice to Have * Experience with video processing (FFmpeg or similar) * Experience with AI voice cloning, lip-sync, or avatar generation * Experience with background job systems and GPU workloads * Previous work on SaaS products from MVP to scale What We’re Looking For * Someone who thinks like an architect, not just a coder. * Someone who takes ownership and can make technical decisions independently. * Someone who values performance, scalability, and clean engineering. * Someone who can move fast without compromising code quality.
