Senior Full-Stack Developer for CRM, Platform & Web Application Enhancements

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to help improve and expand our existing platform, CRM system, and website. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in modern JavaScript technologies and capable of working across both frontend and backend systems. This role involves modifying existing features, optimizing performance, fixing bugs, improving UI/UX, and developing new functionalities as our platform continues to grow. The developer should be comfortable working with scalable architectures, APIs, authentication systems, dashboards, and responsive interfaces. We are seeking someone who can quickly understand an existing codebase, provide technical suggestions, and deliver clean, maintainable, production-ready code. Responsibilities: Modify and improve existing platform and CRM functionalities. Develop new frontend features using React and Next.js. Build and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Optimize application performance and responsiveness. Improve UI/UX using Tailwind CSS. Debug issues and maintain code quality. Integrate third-party APIs and services when needed. Collaborate on feature planning and technical implementation. Ensure scalable and secure development practices. Required Skills: Strong experience with React.js and Next.js. Advanced TypeScript and JavaScript knowledge. Tailwind CSS and responsive UI development. Node.js and Express.js backend development. REST API development and integration. Experience with CRM or dashboard-based systems. Database experience (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL). Git/version control workflow. Authentication & authorization systems.
