Senior Full Stack AI Fintech Developer

Join our team to develop a production-ready AI platform for finance. You'll work on integrating AI models into a full stack application, ensuring seamless user experience and high performance. Collaborate with our team to design and implement scalable solutions, and contribute to the development of our AI fintech platform. We're hiring a dedicated AI developer to become the technical co-pilot for our fintech operations platform, Intellectus IQ. Candidate will work very closely with the Founder/CEO as well as our other incubated companies. The project: A Next.js 15 / TypeScript / Supabase app that handles billing, fee calculations, client management, and reporting for a multi-strategy financial firm. The security layer is built (field-level encryption, RLS, audit logging, SSO + MFA). We need someone to take it from pre-alpha to production with real client data. Two tracks of work: Track 1 — Harden & Ship - SOC 2 compliance readiness (policies, controls, evidence collection) - Production infrastructure (CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, backups) - Pentest prep and remediation - PII handling at scale with existing pgsodium encryption layer Track 2 — AI-Powered Tools - Build LLM-powered features into the platform (Claude API / Anthropic SDK) - Natural language data querying, anomaly detection, automated reporting - Each tool designed as a modular component that can be spun out as a standalone product - Dozens of tool ideas in the pipeline — you'll help prioritize and build Required: - 4+ years TypeScript / React / Next.js - Production experience with Supabase or Postgres + auth/RLS - Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) — tool use, structured outputs, RAG - Understanding of SOC 2, encryption, PII compliance (fintech experience preferred) - Strong English communication — you'll work directly with the founder daily Ideal: - You've shipped AI features in production (not just prototypes) - Financial services background or familiarity with RIA/wealth management operations - Experience with Addepar, Fidelity, or similar financial data APIs - You've been through a SOC 2 audit This is a long-term, dedicated engagement.** We're looking for someone who wants to own the technical side of this platform and grow with it. 20–40 hrs/week to start, scaling up.
