Senior Full-Stack Mobile App Developer (iOS & Android), ASO & App Monetization Expert

Overview We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Mobile App Developer who can do more than build features. We want someone who understands the complete mobile app ecosystem from development and performance optimization to App Store Optimization (ASO), user growth, retention, and monetization. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks strategically and can contribute ideas that help the app grow. Responsibilities Mobile App Development Develop and maintain high-quality iOS and Android applications Build scalable, clean, and maintainable code Optimize app performance, stability, and user experience Fix bugs and improve existing features Collaborate with designers and the product team Full-Stack Development Develop and maintain backend APIs and services Work with databases and cloud infrastructure Implement secure authentication and integrations Ensure scalability and performance App Growth & ASO Optimize App Store and Google Play listings Improve keyword rankings and app visibility Recommend strategies to increase organic downloads Analyze app performance and conversion metrics Monetization Strategy Recommend and implement monetization strategies Optimize subscriptions, in-app purchases, and user conversion Improve retention and customer lifetime value Analyze user behavior and identify revenue opportunities Deliverables Production-ready mobile app features Stable backend infrastructure Performance improvements and bug fixes ASO recommendations and implementation Monetization strategy recommendations Regular progress updates Clean, well-documented code Requirements Proven experience developing mobile apps for iOS and Android Strong full-stack development experience Experience with backend architecture and APIs Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) Experience implementing app monetization strategies Strong understanding of mobile analytics Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and proactively Preferred Skills Flutter or React Native Swift and Kotlin Node.js, Firebase, Supabase, or similar backend technologies Google Play Console & App Store Connect RevenueCat or subscription management platforms Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, or Adjust AI development tools and workflows Experience scaling successful consumer mobile apps Budget: One-Time Payment: $5,000 Opportunity: Long-term role available upon successful completion.
