Senior Fullstack Developer for Multi-seller Optical Marketplace (Nestjs/Next.js)

We are seeking a senior full-stack developer to work on Block 2A of the Visão na Web / Optical Market project, an innovative multi-seller optical marketplace. This project is an opportunity for experienced professionals who want to work on a complex and high-impact platform. The scope of Block 2A focuses on the implementation of the marketplace's core operation, without the integration of a payment gateway with split payments at this stage. The main functionalities to be developed include: - Onboarding of sellers, with the mandatory definition of the seller type (STANDARD_SELLER, FULL_SERVICE_SELLER, B2B_SUPPLIER). - Structural validation of CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID) and document upload functionality for sellers. - Management of seller status, including listing, detailed view, and administrative approval or rejection. - Implementation of email notifications for seller-related events. -Commission modeling and calculation, with support for a global commission and the possibility of override per seller. - Sub-order functionality, allowing customers to view sub-orders and sellers to manage them. - Manual interim financial settlement process. - Development of specific dashboards for sellers and administrators. - Implementation of operational blocking for unapproved sellers. - Correction of existing issues, such as destructive product synchronization and the integration of Correios (Brazilian postal service) in production. In addition to the specific functionalities, the project involves crucial transversal items for the robustness and compliance of the platform: - Database migrations using Prisma. - Implementation of compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), including versioned consent. - Role-based access control (RBAC). - API documentation with Swagger. - Support for internationalization (i18n) focusing on pt-BR (Brazilian Portuguese). - Execution of comprehensive tests. - Deployment and smoke test processes. - Mandatory code review before merging Pull Requests. It is important to note that the following items are outside the scope of this Block 2A and will be addressed in later phases: - Payment splitting integration with Mercado Pago. - Automated financial reconciliation. - Complete and functional integration with Bling. - Commission calculation by product category. - Refund flow. - Specific optical flow. - Advanced security hardening. - Clinical and scheduling functionalities. The main technology stack for this project is: - Backend: NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL. - Frontend: Next.js 14, React 18, TypeScript (strict mode), Tailwind CSS, Zustand.
