You'll build the infrastructure that powers our customer experience. Responsibilities Advanced GoHighLevel Websites Build premium websites inside GoHighLevel. Requirements: Modern design Fast loading Mobile optimized Conversion focused Trust building Schema implementation SEO-friendly structure Landing pages Service pages Location pages Every page should help convert visitors into customers. CRM & Automation Build advanced workflows including: Lead nurturing Quote follow-up Appointment reminders Missed-call text-back Review requests Customer reactivation Referral campaigns Internal notifications Sales pipelines Opportunity automation Everything should feel personal—not robotic. AI Employees This is one of our biggest priorities. We want AI employees capable of: Answering inbound calls Qualifying leads Booking appointments Answering FAQs Transferring urgent calls Following up through SMS and email The voice should sound as close to a real human as possible. Experience with: Vapi ElevenLabs Twilio AI Voice Agents AI Chatbots is highly preferred. Integrations Our stack includes: GoHighLevel BookingKoala Google Workspace Slack Twilio Vapi ElevenLabs Zapier Make.com Experience with APIs and webhooks is a major plus.
