Senior GoHighLevel (HighLevel) Implementor & CRM Systems Architect – Part-Time, Long-Term

I’m looking for a systems-thinking expert who doesn’t just execute tasks but evaluates feasibility, understands data structure and reporting implications, and proposes smart solutions when platform limitations exist. This is not a junior VA role and not a “follow instructions only” position. You will be expected to think, recommend, own decisions, and design scalable automation ecosystems. What You’ll Be Responsible For Designing & improving CRM workflows in GoHighLevel (HighLevel) for Customer Relationship Management and Marketing Automation Building automated workflows using Zapier, n8n, and API Integration to connect external tools Working with custom fields, associations, tags, and lead scoring for Lead Generation and pipeline optimization Creating high-converting Landing Pages, Sales Funnels, and Web Design elements inside GoHighLevel Developing Email Marketing sequences, missed-call text-back systems, and Email Marketing Consultation strategy Integrating AI Chatbots, ClickFunnels, and Graphic Design assets for cohesive brand experiences Designing Social Media Marketing lead capture systems and Marketing campaign tracking Building HTML and JavaScript-enhanced forms and custom functionality where native features don’t exist Improving existing implementations (not just building new ones) and clearly documenting what was changed and why What I’m Looking For ✅ Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (HighLevel) — expert-level CRM architecture ✅ Proven ability to own CRM architecture, not just execute tickets ✅ Experience building Automated Workflow, Lead Generation funnels, and Sales Funnel systems ✅ Ability to explain why you choose a specific approach and propose options/tradeoffs ✅ Comfortable with Zapier, n8n, API Integration, ClickFunnels, and JavaScript/HTML customization ✅ Proactive about flagging limitations early and solving Marketing Automation Audit challenges ✅ Clear written English and systems-thinking mindset Preferred Skills (Bonus) Marketing Automation audit experience Email Marketing consultation & strategy Graphic Design for funnel assets Social Media Marketing integration Experience with AI Chatbot implementation Knowledge of Web Design best practices for landing pages This role is for someone who thinks in systems, not just tasks — you understand how data structure impacts reporting, scalability, and long-term business growth.
