# Senior GoHighLevel Workflow & Automation Expert We are looking for a **true GoHighLevel expert** to become an ongoing resource for our team. **This is NOT a funnel-building or marketing position.** We have a white-labeled SaaS platform built on top of GoHighLevel and need someone who understands the platform inside and out. You will work directly with our founder and software developer to build, optimize, troubleshoot, and improve advanced GoHighLevel workflows and automations. This is a long-term, hourly role (5–10 hours per week on average) with flexibility based on project needs. ## Responsibilities * Build and optimize advanced GoHighLevel workflows * Troubleshoot workflow issues and automation logic * Recommend best practices for workflow design and scalability * Configure and optimize SaaS Mode features * Assist with Reputation Management automations * Build and improve email and SMS automation sequences * Configure triggers, conditions, wait steps, goals, and branching logic * Work with webhooks and API integrations * Advise our software developer on the best way to implement features within GoHighLevel * Help identify platform limitations and recommend effective workarounds * Assist with GoHighLevel account configuration, onboarding, and platform optimization * Help improve overall system performance, reliability, and automation efficiency ## Required Experience You should have strong hands-on experience with: * GoHighLevel * Advanced Workflows * SaaS Mode * Snapshots * Reputation Management * Calendars * Forms & Surveys * Email & SMS Automation * Custom Values * Webhooks * API Integrations * White-Label GoHighLevel Accounts * **Email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain authentication, inbox placement, spam folder and Promotions tab optimization, and ongoing deliverability monitoring)** * **SMS messaging including Twilio/LC Phone configuration, messaging best practices, throughput, compliance, and managing SMS credit usage and costs** * **Stripe integration and billing management, including subscriptions, failed payments, webhooks, customer billing, and SaaS billing best practices** ## Nice to Have * REST API knowledge * JavaScript or basic development knowledge * Twilio * Mailgun / LC Email * AI tools and automation experience * Experience supporting a SaaS business built on GoHighLevel ## What We're Looking For We want someone who: * Knows GoHighLevel exceptionally well * Can quickly solve complex workflow problems * Understands platform best practices * Is responsive and easy to work with * Can explain technical concepts clearly * Takes ownership and recommends better solutions rather than simply following instructions * Can proactively identify opportunities to improve our automations, customer onboarding, and platform performance ## To Apply Please answer the following: 1. We are looking for someone we can build a long-term relationship with—not just someone to complete a single project.
